"I called Hansens On a Sunday and he came out right away-got my car up on the flatbed -took my envelope with the key to the shop that I wanted and dropped it off for me. No problems at all. He was fantastic."

"Came out to my car after a movie & my battery was so dead it wouldn’t take a jump. Our tow truck driver, Tim, said he was at lunch & could be there in 30-35 minutes. I told him the garage closed at 4 due to their holiday schedule. He opted out of his lunch & was there in 10 minutes. He tried to jump it to no avail. Since the battery was completely dead we couldn’t get the car in neutral to push the car out of the parking spot so he could hook it up. He called a mechanic to find out how to get the car in neutral with a dead battery. After he dropped us and the car off at the garage, we thanked him and he went on his way. Approximate 2 1/2 hours later Tim, the tow truck driver, called to make sure the car was fixed and that we got home alright. Who has ever heard of customer service like that before??? An amazing experience in an otherwise terrible situation."
